Description

This is a Request for Information (RFI) only and in no way obligates the Government in an award of any contract. Any information submitted in response to this RFI is strictly voluntary. This RFI is issued for the purpose of determining market interest, feasibility, and capability of sources. There is no solicitation package available.

DLA Information Operations (EMS) Division seeks to enter into a contract for up to 5-month lease of 20 Multi-functional Devices (MFDs) including installation and removal, full-service maintenance, all consumable supplies (excluding paper), key operator training, reports, relocations, network functionality, and network security for various locations in Japan. The vendor must be capable of delivering all devices and having them operational by 1 May 2025.

The period of performance is as follows:

Base Period: 05/01/2025 - 07/31/2025

Option 1: 08/01/2025 - 08/31/2025

Option 2: 09/01/2025 09/30/2025

The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this RFI nor will the Government compensate any respondent with costs incurred in developing the information provided to the Government.

Background
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Information Operations (EMS) Division is seeking to enter into a contract for the lease of Multi-functional Devices (MFDs).
The goal of this contract is to ensure the availability of operational MFDs for various locations in Japan, supporting the agency's mission to provide logistics support and services to the military and other government entities.

Work Details
The contract involves the lease of up to 20 Multi-functional Devices (MFDs) for a period of up to 5 months.
The services included in this contract are:
- Installation and removal of devices
- Full-service maintenance
- All consumable supplies (excluding paper)
- Key operator training
- Reports on device usage and maintenance
