Description

Offerors must provide unmanned hyperbaric systems support services in support of projects involving various shore-based unmanned hyperbaric systems. This is a new requirement, and individual projects under this contract may include technical support in general areas such as unmanned hyperbaric systems fabrication and installation, unmanned hyperbaric systems maintenance, repair and overhauls. The work will be performed worldwide at all shore-based locations where installation, maintenance, inspection, repair, and overhaul operations may be needed to support Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (NAVFAC EXWC) customers.
Background
The Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (NAVFAC EXWC) is issuing a contract for Unmanned Hyperbaric Systems Support Services. This contract aims to provide technical support for various shore-based unmanned hyperbaric systems, including fabrication, installation, maintenance, repair, and overhaul operations.

The goal is to support NAVFAC EXWC customers worldwide.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide services including but not limited to: development, fabrication, testing, evaluation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of unmanned hyperbaric systems.

Specific tasks include: managing multiple projects' workloads; performing work in remote locations; storing and maintaining materials; conducting quality control; fabricating and installing complex piping systems; performing welding according to ASME standards; producing drawings in AutoCAD; and ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

The contractor must also safeguard Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and adhere to security requirements when accessing restricted locations.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a period of performance of 60 months with the possibility of a 6-month option period to extend services.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at various shore-based locations worldwide where installation, maintenance, inspection, repair, and overhaul operations are needed.
