The contract involves the procurement of the 'Sparrow UAS' from Titan Dynamics, with the following salient characteristics:
- Payload Capacity: Minimum 1.5 kg
- Range: Minimum 70 km command and control range with full payload
- Endurance: Minimum 70 minutes flight time with full payload
- Targeting Accuracy: Target Location Error (TLE) of 15 meters or less from a range of 4 kilometers
- Deployment: Capable of Vertical Take-Off and Landing (VTOL)
- Operator Control: Must provide First-Person View (FPV) via a portable Ground Control Station
- Additive Manufacturing: Designed for 3D printing of common, non-electronic structural components for rapid in-field repairs. Offers must be submitted on an F.O.B. destination basis, and only new equipment will be accepted.
