Hello Sales Department,

You have been selected to participate in a FFP (Firm Fixed Price) RFQ by Brookhaven Science Associates LLC (herein known as BSA), operator of Brookhaven National Laboratory, with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) for the operation of Brookhaven National Laboratory, herewith solicits your proposal for the purchase of (Universal Streak Camera System, No Equivalents or Substitutions. Background
Brookhaven Science Associates LLC (BSA), operator of Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) under a Prime Contract with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), is soliciting proposals for the purchase of a Universal Streak Camera System. This procurement aims to support BSA's mission in operating BNL and is open for full and open competition.

Work Details
The Offeror shall furnish all labor, services, materials, and equipment in strict accordance with the attached Draft Purchase Order. The product must be a Universal Streak Camera System with no equivalents or substitutions, and the Offeror must be a franchised or licensed distributor. The Offeror is responsible for providing all descriptive material necessary for BSA to determine if the product meets the requirements outlined in the solicitation.

The award will be made to the responsive and responsible Offeror who submits the lowest total price while meeting all technical requirements.

Period of Performance
The anticipated delivery date for the Universal Streak Camera System is January 26, 2026.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Brookhaven National Laboratory, Receiving: Building 98 Rochester Street, Upton, New York 11973-5000.
