Background
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) is seeking to procure follow-on test chamber and screen room services from Universal Shielding Corp (USC). The agency's mission involves ensuring the operational readiness of naval forces through advanced technology and testing capabilities.

The goal of this contract is to secure specialized services for RF Attenuation and RF venting, which are critical for maintaining the integrity of the test chamber designed and built by USC. USC is identified as the sole source capable of fulfilling these requirements without incurring significant rework or delays.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Testing, installation, and re-testing of the proprietary USC Chamber.
2. Ensuring compliance with RF Attenuation standards.
3. Implementing RF venting solutions as required.

The work must be performed in a manner that maintains quality, accuracy, reliability, and adherence to programmatic schedules.
