Universal Modular Mast (UMM) Spare Parts and Cylinders

Background
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) is conducting market research to identify potential contractors capable of providing labor, materials, and support services necessary for the manufacture of non-commercial components.

This effort supports ongoing maintenance and repair of the Universal Modular Mast (UMM) on VIRGINIA and COLUMBIA Class submarines. The goal is to procure spare parts as specified in the attached scope section.

Work Details
The contractor shall manufacture, procure, test, and deliver various supplies identified in the spare parts list.

The contract will involve providing all necessary materials, parts, testing, and delivery as per the specifications outlined. The contractor must adhere to the latest revisions of applicable Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) documents and conform to Quality Assurance requirements. Specific items include Reed Card CCA, Electronic Converter Card CCA, various Piston Assemblies, Cylinder Bodies, and other components with maximum quantities specified for each part.

Period of Performance
The overall ordering period for this contract is sixty (60) months after contract award.
