Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is issuing this solicitation for the Units 1-2 Generator Stator Rewind project at the Beaver Lake Dam and Power Plant located in Carroll County, Arkansas.

The mission of the agency is to provide vital public engineering services in peace and war to strengthen the nation's security, energize the economy, and reduce risks from disasters. The goal of this contract is to ensure the efficient operation of hydroelectric generators by performing necessary rewinding of stator components.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the design, manufacturing, installation, and testing of complete stator windings and stator cores for hydroelectric generators with a capacity of at least 30,000 kVA and 13.8 kV.

The scope includes:
1. Replacement of stator cores in two projects.
2. Construction of multi-turn coil stator windings in two projects.
3. Submission of project narratives detailing relevant past performance experiences.
4. Compliance with specific insulation system requirements similar to those proposed under this solicitation.
5. Submission of Past Performance Questionnaires (PPQs) from client contacts for each submitted project to evaluate performance quality.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract will be defined upon award but will encompass several months necessary to complete all tasks outlined in the scope.
