Background
Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (BSA) operates Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) under a Prime Contract with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). This solicitation seeks quotes for the procurement of a Unitree G1 EDU Ultimate U4, emphasizing that no substitutes will be accepted. The goal is to acquire this specific equipment as outlined in the solicitation dated 5/05/2026.

Work Details
The Offeror shall furnish all labor, services, materials, and equipment in strict accordance with the attached Draft Purchase Order (PO). Key requirements include:
- NDAA Compliance Certification: Offerors must provide written attestation of compliance with Section 889 of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) with their quotation.
- Franchised / Licensed Distributor Traceability: Offerors must provide a current Letter of Authorization from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or Original Component Manufacturer (OCM), confirming their authorization to supply the specified products. All items must be procured directly from the OEM/OCM or from an authorized distributor. The use of brokers is prohibited unless prior written approval is obtained from BSA. Offers not meeting these requirements will be deemed nonresponsive.
- Basis of Award: BSA will award the contract to the responsive and responsible Offeror who submits the lowest total price while meeting all technical requirements.

The contract will be performed at Brookhaven National Laboratory, Upton, Long Island, New York.
