Background
The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) Orland intends to award on a Sole source basis a contract to Veraxx Engineering Corporation (Veraxx), Chantilly, VA, for an Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract to upgrade, complete, integrate and field a completed baseline version of the United States Marine Corps (USMC) Tactical Environment (TEn) for all four Marine Air Wings (MAW), with associated interoperability bridges, and complete integration of the USMC TEn with USMC Aviation Training Systems (MC ATS) and devices.

Work Details
This is an IDIQ type contract funded at each individual Delivery Order (DO) level. The basic IDIQ CLIN has a total estimated capacity of $38.912 million. The contract includes the delivery of United States Marine Corp (USMC) Aviation Training Systems (MC ATS) Tactical Environment (TEn) Upgrades and Completion (TUC) Aviation Distributed Virtual Training Environment (ADVTE) Naval Aviation Simulation Master Plan (NASMP) and Distributed Interactive Simulation (SIM) Bridges requirements as specified in each delivery order. The contract also includes NASMP and DIS Bridges requirements for Reserves locations as specified in each delivery order.

Period of Performance
The ordering period for the ID/IQC may not exceed 60 months. The period of performance for DO 1 is 28 months after the date of the contract.

Place of Performance
The place of performance is Marine Corp Air Station (MCAS) New River for the TEn & DIS Bridge Install, and it is FOB: Destination.
