United States Forest Service, Northern Region 1, Road and Bridge Construction Services MATOC   4

Background
The United States Forest Service, Northern Region 1 requires an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for road, bridge and related civil construction projects. The contract will be for a 5-year period and may include Forests and Grasslands in Montana, Idaho, North Dakota, and South Dakota. The maximum aggregate value of the contract is $50,000,000 with individual task orders ranging from $2,000 to $3,000,000. The solicitation process includes a site visit for the Seed Project and questions submission deadline of August 8th, 2024.

Work Details
The scope of work includes road and bridge construction and related services such as repair and construction of native surface, gravel or paved roads; road decommissioning; repair, removal, disposal and construction of steel, concrete, and timber road bridges; construction or reconstruction of trail bridges; culverts, aquatic passage structures, and ancillary structures; maintenance work associated with the primary work.
Special and/or supplemental specifications and drawings will be applicable at the task order level.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a 5-year period of performance with individual task orders having a minimum of $2,000 and a maximum of $3,000,000 per order.

Place of Performance
The construction services may be required across all Region 1 Forests and Grasslands in Montana, Idaho, North Dakota, and South Dakota.
