The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) seeks to lease the following space:
State: Idaho
City / County: Rigby / Jefferson County
Delineated Area:
North: Rigby city limits
East: Rigby city limits

Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,080
Maximum Sq. Ft. (RSF): 3,623
Space Type: Office
Parking Spaces (Total): The greater of local code or 32 spaces
Parking Spaces (Surface): The greater of local code or 30 spaces
Parking Spaces (Structured): 0
Parking Spaces (Reserved): 2 spaces
Full Term: Ten (10) years
Firm Term:
Option 1: 3 years firm
Option 2: 5 years firm
The Government will consider lease terms of up to 20 years. The Government is also requesting pricing for both firm term options with 120-day termination rights after firm term. If the Government terminates the lease before Tenant Improvements (TI) are paid off, the Government will pay the remaining TI balance at the time of lease termination.

Additional Requirements:
Interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, rentable square feet offered and rate per RSF, floor plans and contact information of authorized representative.
Expressions of Interest must also include the offered Rentable square feet (RSF) and ANSI/BOMA office area/usable square feet (USF) and the rental rate per RSF and USF, full service inclusive of a Tenant Improvement Allowance of $75.00/USF, meeting USDA's standard office building shell requirements. The Tenant Improvement Allowance for existing locations is $8.25/USF.
Contiguous, first floor, space preferred.
All interested parties must either submit evidence of ownership or written authorization to represent the owner(s). Any submissions received without documentation of ownership and/or written authorization to represent the owner(s) will not be considered until such time the documentation has been received, which must also be submitted prior to the Expression of Interests Due Date
In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, written acknowledgement/permission to represent multiple interested parties for the same submission.
Pull through parking is required to accommodate larger vehicles.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
