NASA/Johnson Space Center plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the United States Deorbit Vehicle. This Pre-solicitation notice serves as a reminder of the original Pre-solicitation notice provided on SAM.gov under 80JSC022ISSDeorbit through Modification 11 posted on May 8, 2023 and the Pre-solicitation Conference held May 9, 2023.

The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12.

The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 336414 and 1300, respectively.

The anticipated release date of the RFP is on or about September 18, 2023 with an anticipated offer due date of on or about November 17, 2023. Past Performance is requested by October 16, 2023.

All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.
