Description

This is a Design Bid Build Construction Contract to support construction services at the Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. The contractor shall provide work that includes the construction of five facilities and associated sitework to include an Academic Instruction Facility, a Waterfront Instruction Facility, an Armory, an Ammunitions Storage, an Applied Instruction Facility, and
incidental related work. Building Al and Building BB54 will be demolished as part of this project. Buildings BB327, BB326 and BB346 will be renovated as part of this project.
