Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District, is issuing a solicitation for the design and construction of the United States Coast Guard (CG) Waterfront Optimization at the Coast Guard Yard in Curtis Bay, Maryland.

This project is essential to prepare for the arrival of a new class of CG Cutters, specifically the Offshore Patrol Cutter (OPC) and National Security Cutter (NSC), expected to arrive in 2030. Work Details
