United States Army Forces Command (FORSCOM) Cybersecurity & Communications Security (COMSEC) Program Support

Background
The U.S. Army Forces Command (FORSCOM) is the largest command of the U.S. Army, responsible for providing expeditionary, regionally engaged, campaign-capable land forces to combatant commanders. FORSCOM's mission includes training and preparing combat-ready forces to meet Combatant Command requirements. This contract aims to provide Cybersecurity and Communications Security (COMSEC) program support to the FORSCOM G6 Staff and subordinate units/sites, ensuring the capabilities needed to support networks and infrastructure.

Work Details
The contractor will perform various tasks under the following subtasks:
1. **Program Management**: Ensure timely completion of actions, maintain quality standards with a 90% accuracy level in deliverables, and resolve any required revisions within one week.

2. **Security Requirements Management**: Address all areas of implementation for security requirements, track compliance of COMSEC training programs for units/sites, and conduct COMSEC training upon completion of specific training.

3. **Program Communications and Coordination Support**: Develop briefings supporting the COMSEC program, track reports related to COMSEC operations, and prepare disseminated materials from DA, NSA, and FORSCOM HQs.

4. **Cybersecurity Policy & Planning Support**: Provide support in policy development and planning with a focus on quality deliverables.

5. **Cybersecurity Readiness / Site Assistance Visits (SAV)**: Conduct assessments with minimal re-work required.

6. **Cybersecurity Program / Daily Operations Support**: Ensure daily operations are conducted effectively with timely deliverables.

7. **Risk Management Framework (RMF) / Accreditation Support**: Assist in accreditation processes ensuring compliance with required standards.

8. **Training / Information Assurance Cybersecurity Awareness Support**: Deliver training sessions ensuring participants meet compliance requirements.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance is from June 1, 2025, to May 31, 2030.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various locations including Fort Liberty NC; JBLM WA; Fort Cavazos TX; Fort Bliss TX; Fort Carson CO; Fort Stewart GA; Fort Drum NY; APG MD; Fort Johnson LA; Fort Irwin CA; Fort Riely KS; Fort Campbell KY.
