The US Air Force Europe is conducting market research to seek potential companies who have the skills, experience, knowledge and capabilities required to provide a Salary and Benefit Data report, IAW the SOW (Statement of Work). The purpose of the report is to obtian national and regional data across the United Kingdom within specified reward regions by ranks and specified survey jobs IAW the SOW.

Background
The US Air Force Europe is conducting market research to identify potential companies with the necessary skills, experience, knowledge, and capabilities to provide a Salary and Benefit Data report.

This initiative aims to gather national and regional data across the United Kingdom within specified reward regions by ranks and survey jobs as outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). The project is part of the Kaiserslautern Military Community (KMC) efforts to ensure accurate compensation data for its personnel.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing a comprehensive Salary and Benefit Data report that includes:
- National and regional salary data across the United Kingdom.
- Analysis of specified reward regions by ranks.
- Survey job classifications as detailed in the SOW.
- Review and feedback on the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW) and Market Research Questionnaire.
- Submission of a capability statement detailing previous work experience relevant to this project.

Period of Performance
The anticipated period of performance is from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027, with an option to extend annually through June 30, 2032.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed within the United Kingdom.
