The intent of this notice is to identify potential offerors for market research and to determine whether to set-aside the requirement for SMALL BUSINESS.

Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ) is seeking sources to determine the availability of vendors that are capable of providing hotel rooms, conference rooms, meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner), transportation, laptops, WIFI, printers/copiers, and simultaneous interpretation services in support of the UNITAS Initial Planning Conference (IPC) 2025 from 10 February 2025 14 February 2025 in Mayport, Florida.

A firm fixed price (FFP) contract is anticipated.

Submission Requirements: Interested sources are invited to respond to this sources sought announcement by submitting the following:

  1. Contractor Information. Please provide the following:
    1. Company name
    2. Company address
    3. Point of Contact name, phone number, and email
    4. CAGE code and UE ID number
    5. Business Size (small or large)
    6. Socioeconomic Status (veteran-owned, woman-owned, hub zone, etc
    7. NAICS Codes and Size of business associated - Large Business or Small Business. If a small business, please provide the socioeconomic status (veteran-owned, woman-owned, hub zone, etc.)
  2. If the services can be solicited from a General Services Administration (GSA) schedule contract vehicle or Open market.
  3. A brief description of the capability, resources, technical competencies and organizational experience relative to the key task areas. Standard brochures and/or paraphrasing of the Draft PWS will not be considered sufficient to demonstrate the capabilities of an interested party.
    1. Describe your capability to self-perform this requirement
    2. Describe your resources to self-perform this requirement
    3. Describe your technical competencies to self-perform this requirement
    4. Describe any relative or recent experience in relation to this requirement performed as the prime vendor and provide the contract number.

Background
Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ) is conducting market research to identify potential offerors capable of providing logistics support for the UNITAS Initial Planning Conference (IPC) 2025.

The conference aims to facilitate collaboration between United States Government (USG) and Partner Nation (PN) Forces in Jacksonville, Florida, from February 10 to February 14, 2025. This sources sought notice is intended for market research purposes only and does not constitute a request for proposal or commitment by the Government.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following services and supplies:
- Hotel lodging for approximately thirty (30) PN personnel, including single occupancy non-smoking rooms.
- Conference rooms with seating arrangements for 300 personnel and five breakout rooms accommodating 50 personnel each.
- Meals including breakfast, lunch, and dinner for PN participants, with specific requirements for each meal type.
- Transportation services using four (4) fifteen-passenger vans with drivers for various scheduled events during the conference.
- Technology support including laptops, printers/copiers, and high-speed WIFI service.
- Simultaneous interpretation services in English, Spanish, and Portuguese during conference sessions.
- A hotel representative to liaise with USG logistics director throughout the event.
