Background
The contract is issued by the United States Government (USG) for the purpose of providing logistics support for designated USG and Partner Nation (PN) Forces during the UNITAS 2025 Initial Planning Conference (IPC) taking place in Jacksonville, Florida.

The conference is scheduled from February 10 to February 14, 2025, and aims to facilitate collaboration and planning among participating nations.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing the following supplies and services in support of the UNITAS 2025 IPC:
- Hotel Lodging: Required for PN participants, including thirty (30) single occupancy non-smoking rooms. The hotel must be within a five-mile radius of Jacksonville International Airport and have a conference room that accommodates 300 people along with five breakout rooms that accommodate 50 people each.
- Meals: Provision of breakfast, lunch, and dinner for attendees.
- Transportation: Services to facilitate movement of participants.
- Communication Services: Including necessary equipment such as laptops, WIFI access, and printers/copiers.
- Security: The hotel must have a modern security system with cameras monitoring both interior and exterior areas.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is from February 10, 2025, to February 14, 2025.

The services will be performed at various locations in Jacksonville, Florida, including hotels and conference facilities.
