Background
This Request for Information (RFI) is issued for planning purposes by an agency seeking support for Unisys Enterprise Output Manager (EOM) Software.
The goal of the contract is to secure software support services from authorized resellers of Unisys EOM, ensuring that the agency can maintain operational efficiency and reliability in their output management processes.

Work Details
The contractor will provide software support for Unisys Enterprise Output Manager (EOM) as detailed below:
- 4 units of DSS2150-ENT-PPM: FILE MANAGEMENT - EOM 15 Enterprise Edition 9X5 SUPPORT for 1 Year.
- 3 units of DSS3150-DPT-PPM: EOM 15 Department Maintenance with a 9x5, 4 Hour Response time.
- 4 units of DSU200-ENT: Subscription for EOM Enterprise Edition.
- 3 units of DSU300-DPT: Subscription for EOM Department Edition.
- 7 units of DSS32-SED-PPM: 9x5 Support for EOM Secure Email US.
- 7 units of DSS32-PDF-PPM: 9x5 Support for EOM PDF Writer.
- 7 units of DSS32-SFD-PPM: 9x5 Support for EOM SFTP Add-On.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is from December 16, 2024, to December 15, 2025.
