Background
The solicitation is for authorized Vertiv vendor services needed at Navy Region Mid-Atlantic Emergency Management Norfolk. The services required are for factory preventative maintenance service for the existing Vertiv/Emerson Network Power - Liebert Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) within the Regional Operations Center (ROC), Building N-26.

Work Details
The scope of work includes maintenance services for Uninterruptible Power Systems (UPS) and Power Distribution Systems, as well as inspection and maintenance of Stationary Battery Systems VRLA (Sealed) Battery. The work involves various preventive maintenance tasks such as temperature checks, visual inspections, checking air filters, measuring and recording voltage and current readings, battery inspection, and more. The contractor is required to provide on-site service, response time guarantee, customer support, parts coverage, labor & travel coverage, and service performed by Vertiv factory-trained and authorized technician.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is from the start upon issue of order to a schedule specified in the document. The contract includes multiple options for annual coverage extending from May 31, 2022, to May 30, 2027.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Regional Operations Center (ROC), Building N-26 2nd Floor Room 2124, located at 1530 Gilbert Street, Naval Station Norfolk, Norfolk, VA 23511.
