Uninterruptible Power Supply Maintenance, Repair, and Services Indian Health Service, California Area Office   3

Background
The Indian Health Service, California Area Office requires Maintenance and Repair of the Uninterruptable Power Supply at 3 locations. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform maintenance and support of California Area Indian Health Service (CAIHS) uninterruptible power supply (UPS) units in accordance with the Performance Work Statement dated 16 Apr. 2024.

Work Details
This is a services contract to provide maintenance and support for the uninterruptible power supply units at three federal locations. The contractor shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to.

The CAIHS maintains critical and sensitive data in three data centers. The availability of this data depends on an assurance that data servers and ancillary devices are powered up. The UPS at each facility assures that in the event of the loss of building power systems will remain online for a period of time, while systems failover and/or are shut down gracefully. The UPS units assure this failover capability by assuming the power load during the occurrence of building power failure.

Base year, plus 4 Optional Years.
