Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) Maintenance Services   2

Background
The Mission and Installation Contracting Command – Fort Eustis, VA intends to procure Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) Maintenance Services for the Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Headquarters (HQ). The objective of this contract is to provide scheduled preventive maintenance, repair, and emergency repair services for UPS systems and supporting cooling equipment at designated facilities operated by TRADOC HQ, Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE); Ft Eustis, Virginia.

UPS systems are critical for reducing the risk of catastrophic data loss and ensuring continuous operations during power failures.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to deliver full service preventive maintenance, repairs, emergency coverage and services for the UPS equipment and supporting cooling systems. This includes:

1. Scheduled preventive maintenance;
2. Emergency repair services;
3. Compliance with standards and Acceptable Quality Levels (AQL) as identified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS);
4. Development and maintenance of a Quality Control Plan (QCP) to ensure services are performed in accordance with the PWS;
5. Procedures to identify, prevent, and ensure non-recurrence of defective services.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at designated facilities operated by U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command Headquarters at Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE), Ft Eustis, Virginia.
