Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) Maintenance - NAS JRB NOLA   2

Background
The Naval Air Station (NAS) Joint Reserve Base (JRB) New Orleans, LA, is issuing a solicitation for Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) Maintenance services. The UPS systems are critical for providing uninterrupted and conditioned power to communications and aircraft control equipment in the Air Traffic Control Tower (ATC) and RADAR facilities. The goal of this contract is to ensure the reliability and functionality of these systems through preventive and corrective maintenance performed by factory-trained technicians.

Work Details
The contractor must provide maintenance services for two specific UPS models located in building 581, rooms 156 and 200 at NAS/JRB New Orleans. The work includes:
1. Preventive Maintenance: Conduct one semi-annual and one annual inspection on each UPS model, which includes reviewing alarm history, environmental conditions, performing thermal scans, cleaning air filters, recording voltages and currents, calibrating meters, verifying battery settings, inspecting battery conditions, and discussing findings with the customer.
2. Emergency Services: Provide 7-day per week emergency service with a 4-hour on-site response during specified hours. On-site emergency maintenance shall not exceed 60 hours during the performance period.
3. Itemized Parts Listing: Provide an itemized listing of part numbers and pricing for common and high-failure items including batteries for each UPS model.
4. Certification: Technicians must be certified by ABB and GE for the specific UPS models listed.

Period of Performance
The base period of performance begins on September 15, 2025, through September 14, 2026, with four additional option periods of 12 months each.
