Background
The Naval Consolidated Brig Miramar (NCBM) Detachment Pearl Harbor requires the replacement of its current industrial-grade laundry equipment due to frequent failures and the expiration of warranties.

The facility aims to enhance its environmental efforts by acquiring large capacity models that are efficient in conserving water, energy, and time.

NCBM is a Level I confinement facility that provides laundry services to prisoners, adhering to standards set by the American Correction Association (ACA) and relevant health authorities.

Work Details
The contract involves the provision and installation of the following equipment:
1. **Industrial Washer/Extractor**:
- Quantity: 3 Each
- Model: Unimac Softmount Washer Extractor UYT25 or equal
- Specifications: 25lb Capacity, Single Motor Inverter with Programmable Speed Ranges, 3.7 cu. ft. Cylinder Volume, between 350 to 400 G-Force, 1075 RPM Extraction Speed.

2. **Industrial Dryer**:
- Quantity: 3 Each
- Model: Unimac Single Dryer UT or equal
- Specifications: Dual Digital Control, Reversing Cylinder, Electric Heating, Microprocessor with Black Graphics, White Front Panel, Black Door, Stainless Steel Door, Galvanized Cylinder; heating capacity of 73,000 BTU and airflow of 500 CFM.

3. **Installation Services**:
- Removal and disposal of existing machines.
- Delivery and installation of new washers and dryers in the same room on the first floor.
- Connection to ECOLAB soap stations and installation of all necessary hoses and ventilation.
- Equipment leveling, bolting, grouting according to manufacturer specifications.
- Operational start-up and staff training.

4. **Warranties**:
- Lifetime Technical Support.
- 3-Year Limited warranty on washers and dryers.
- 5-Year warranty on Frame and Cylinder Shaft Assembly; Seals & Bearings.
