Description

673 ABW/CP is in need of a system upgrade to an existing command and control communications system. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and any other necessary items and services necessary to accomplish the installation/upgrade to the current system. This contract will include a one year warranty with 3 option years. The maintenance contract will cover the regular maintenance and repair of all CP/ALT CP, 3 MOC, and 3 MUNS equipment. The communications System must be operational 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

Background
The 673d Contracting Squadron, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), Alaska is seeking sources to award a firm-fixed price procurement action for replacement and upgrade of the command post console system Unify Seimens HiPath HP4000 System to Unify OpenScape Voice. The communications System must be operational 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

Work Details
This project effort is to upgrade the Unify, formerly Siemens, HiPath dispatch communications system for the 673 ABW Command Post, 3WG MOC and MUNS. The work consists of a site visit/survey, design, planning, upgrade, installation, system set-up, testing, cutover, controller training, and applicable documentation of hardware and software components installed.
The contractor shall include a maintenance warranty for 1-year, beginning at system acceptance/cutover.

Period of Performance
This contract will include a one year warranty with 3 option years.
