Background
The U.S. Consulate General in Hermosillo is seeking a qualified contractor or company for the supply of uniforms. This contract aims to fulfill the uniform needs of the consulate, ensuring that all personnel are appropriately outfitted. The contract will be fixed-priced for a base year with an option for one additional year.

Work Details
The contractor is required to supply uniforms as specified in Attachment 1 of the solicitation. The prices must include all labor, materials, overhead, shipping, and profit, with no additional expenses covered by the government. The minimum order guaranteed by the U.S. Government is $800 USD per year, while the maximum order cannot exceed $28,000 USD annually.

Delivery of all items must occur at the US Consulate General Hermosillo located at Boulevard Juan Navarrete #291, Col. Raquet Club, Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico within two weeks of order placement. Delivery hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM, excluding holidays.

Period of Performance
The base period of this purchase order starts on the date of award and continues for twelve months, with one option to renew for an additional year.
