Unified Registration System (URS)

The overall purpose of this solicitation is to design, develop and implement the Unified Registration System (URS) an enterprise capability for FMCSA that will serve as the authoritative repository for the collection of registration data related to safety, insurance, and commerce. The high-level business requirements are documented in Appendix A, URS Business Requirements Document. Using an agile approach, the contractor shall use Appendix A as the basis for developing a detailed story map for URS, which will guide the release plan, in close coordination with FMCSA. The government reserves the right to add, remove, refine or reprioritize user stories in the story map in a manner that does not exceed the capacity of the development team.
