Unified Combatant Command - Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Training Course - MRAS

The General Services Administration (GSA), on behalf of the Unified Combatant Command, is conducting market research to identify potential vendors capable of delivering a specialized training program. The primary goal of this initiative is to support the Unified Combatant Command in its efforts to implement a Lean-Agile transformation using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). This transformation aims to enhance operational efficiency and agility within the organization, aligning with broader strategic objectives.

The requirement specified in this Request for Information (RFI) is for an on-site, private delivery of a 2-day Leading SAFe training course at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, designed for 46 participants. Additionally, a 1-day custom workshop will be conducted for 10-15 personnel to help map out subsequent steps in their agile journey. The training will utilize the latest version of Leading SAFe from Scaled Agile, Inc., ensuring that participants receive up-to-date knowledge and skills. All attendees will be provided with official Scaled Agile training materials such as student workbooks and course slides, along with access to the SAFe Collaborate platform and eligibility to take the SAFe 6 Agilist certification exam.

To ensure high-quality instruction, trainers must be certified SAFe Program Consultants (SPCs) with considerable experience in leading and implementing SAFe transformations. They should possess strong communication and facilitation skills tailored for engaging adult learners effectively. This RFI also requests detailed pricing information covering all costs associated with the training program including trainer fees, materials, travel expenses and any available discounts or specific payment terms.
