Underground Tank Inspection and Testing Services for Yellowstone National Park
Background
The National Park Service is seeking underground tank inspection and testing services in support of Yellowstone National Park. The park has an inventory of underground storage tanks that store petroleum products and are equipped with tank gauging and release detection systems. The objective of the work is to conduct integrity testing, compliance evaluations, containment testing, evaluation of specific automatic tank gauging and release detection systems, and operational compliance inspection and documentation of other specific tank systems as necessary.

Work Details
The awarded Contractor shall furnish the personnel, services, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, facilities supervision, and other requirements necessary for all inspecting and testing of regulated underground fuel storage tanks. The Contractor shall be immediately capable of addressing and interpreting all aspects of applicable Federal, State regulations, and industry standards related to the testing and inspecting of underground fuel storage tanks.

The service delivery summary includes delivering an inspection report for all regulated underground fuel storage tanks not later than the morning of the final day of the period of performance. Inspections must meet Montana and Wyoming DEQ Administrative Codes. The COR will periodically monitor the Contractor’s performance and review all inspection checklists for completeness and accuracy. The NPS will review the final inspection reports for accuracy and completeness prior to the contractor’s distribution to Montana and Wyoming DEQ Offices.

Yellowstone National Park, situated approximately 60 miles South of Livingston, MT 59047. The park is comprised of two main loops, known as Lower loop and Upper loop.
