Background
The purpose of this sources sought notice is to identify authorized businesses capable of providing repair services for an Underground Storage Tank (UST) Monitoring System at Fairchild Air Force Base, WA. The agency aims to ensure the operational integrity of the Veeder Root TLS-450 Automatic Tank Gauging system used at the Army and Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES) Service Station.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all necessary tools, equipment, labor, and materials required to troubleshoot and repair 'Probe Out' alarms affecting the Veeder Root TLS-450 ATG system. The scope of work includes:

1. Ground Jumper Installation: Add a ground jumper to the cables of all three interstitial liquid sensors to mitigate electrical noise causing false alarms.

2. Reseat Relay Card: Ensure a proper connection at the Veeder Root TLS-450 ATG console by reseating the relay card.

3. Inspection of Backfill Conditions: Uncover backfill from interstitial riser access points to inspect the conditions of direct buried cables for any damage or degradation.

4. Sensor Wiring Survey: Conduct a survey of the service station to locate the 'home run' for all three interstitial liquid sensors and map their connections.

5. Splice and Cable Inspection: Examine all accessible splice and cables for signs of physical damage or electrical failure.

6. Sensor Loop Integrity Testing: Verify the functional integrity of all three interstitial liquid sensor loops.

7. Perform a full system diagnostic test on the Veeder Root TLS-450 ATG.

Period of Performance
The project shall not exceed 60 days after contract award.
