Amendment 1 to change the following:

1) The submittal requirements in "AWARD SELECTION PROCESS / EVALUATION SUBMITTAL
REQUIREMENTS" under "Subfactor B Technical Approach" from two (2) pages to four (4) pages
2) To add Exhibit B with the Questions and Answers for this Solicitation to date

Background
