Background

Work Details
The contractor will provide unarmed security guard services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Key tasks include:
1. Providing security personnel at the specified location (6655 S Lewis Ave, Tulsa, OK 74136) to monitor and protect the premises.
2. Ensuring that all guards meet the qualifications outlined in section 8.0 of the PWS, including necessary certifications and training.
3. Implementing a staffing plan that includes scheduling guards and maintaining shift coverage effectively.
4. Conducting onboarding, vetting, and training for all personnel assigned to this contract.
5. Establishing communication and reporting procedures for incident reporting and daily logs.
6. Maintaining supervision and quality assurance mechanisms to ensure compliance with security protocols.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from November 1, 2025, to October 31, 2030, with options for renewal or extension based on performance evaluations.
