VERY IMPORTANT CHANGE
Wage Rates

Due to incorrect information being presented to the Smithsonian Institution (which we believe to be the result of a typographical error) the Wage Rates for both Washington, D.C. and New York, as stated in both the prior Posted Solicitation (F17SOL10033) and a prior Posted Attachment, are in error.
The Union, "Service Employees International Union," has provided SI Written Permission to Post the "Collective Bargaining Agreement" that they have with SI, which is associated with this Solicitation.
INPORTANT NOTICE: The RATE that will be in effect, when a contract is anticipated to be Awarded per this Solicitation, is for a larger amount than previously listed in said Solicitation and an attachment Posted today, Sept. 22, 2017. That New Rate is listed in the below referenced Attachment, which is associated with this Amendment.
The Attachment is entitled "SEIU CBA with SI"
This NEW RATE should be used by Bidders when
preparing their Proposals.
