Unarmed Guard Services - FPL   2

Background
The U.S. Forest Service, Forest Products Laboratory in Madison, Wisconsin requires unarmed guard services for 8 buildings on a 22-acre site during non-business hours. The contractor is responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, transportation, and supplies to fulfill the specified security guard services.

Work Details
The contractor is required to deter and report unauthorized entry, prevent damage or theft of property, report emergency conditions, provide documentation of incidents and investigations, secure doors and gates according to schedule, handle lost and found articles, manage keys and access cards, attend briefings at the start and end of shifts, provide emergency assistance as needed, and maintain entry/exit control.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for the contract is from January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2027. The contract includes a base year from January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2023 with four option years from January 1 to December 31 for each subsequent year.
