Unarmed Escort and Transportation Services for Unaccompanied Alien Children and Family Units   3

The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Office of Acquisition hereby gives notice of its intent to competitively award an Indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract to obtain unarmed escort staff, including management, supervision, manpower, training, certifications, licenses, drug testing, equipment, and supplies necessary to provide unarmed escort services for non-criminal/non-delinquent UAC ranging from infants to 17 years of age and family units, seven (7) days a week, 365 days a year in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).

The solicitation number for this requirement is 70CDCR19R00000006_REVISED and is hereby issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP) using FAR Subpart 15 - Contracting by Negotiation Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-76.
