The Unaccompanied Children (UC) Portal Application Management and Support (UC Portal) effort provides mission critical management, development, support, maintenance, and system end-of-life services for the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) online web-based management information system for Unaccompanied Children (UC). The objective of this procurement is to obtain support and management services for UC Portal system. These services include service desk support, cyber security support, cloud management assistance, development of new functionality for the application, operations and maintenance (O&M) of the existing system, effective technical documentation, and support for system end of life services of UC Portal. Attachment A Performance Work Statement contains the full scope of the requirement.
