Description

This work shall consist of manufacturing precast, ultra-high-performance concrete (UHPC) panels using a Government-supplied mix design and delivering the panels to Lock and Dam No. 2.

Background
The U.S. Army is seeking a contractor to manufacture precast, ultra-high-performance concrete (UHPC) panels using a Government-supplied mix design and deliver the panels to Lock and Dam No. 2 near Hastings, MN. The work includes providing all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary for this project.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for supplying UHPC panels according to the delivery schedule provided in Table 1. Additionally, the contractor must submit shop drawings and an Operation Plan for review and approval within 30 days after contract award.
The UHPC mix design study will be conducted by the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) testing laboratory in Vicksburg, MS.

Period of Performance
The delivery of all panels to the site is required no later than 45 days after the Contractor receives the Government-supplied mix design.
