DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS/INSTRUCTIONS: Delivery trucks/installers must have DBIDS Gate access for all Navy Region NW sites in order to access the installations. Delivery notification must be made 48 hours in advance with driver's name, license number and state of issuance. Driver must be a US citizen and have proof of citizenship on his/her person (birth certificate with raised seal, passport, or enhanced driver's license). Deliveries that do not follow these instructions will be turned away at the gate. Delivery drivers must provide 48 hours or more notice prior to delivering items. Delivery must occur between 6 a.m. and 1 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please contact POC at the site to schedule delivery.
