DESCRIPTION: The contractor shall furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data (other than Government Furnished Property), necessary to provide the overhaul of the following assets:

The proposed contractual action will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) overhaul contract, with the quantity listed above. These items are noncommercial; FAR Part 12 will not be utilized. Required delivery shall be FOB Origin. This NSN is listed as a non-critical safety item. This procurement is restricted to Simmonds Precision Products, Inc. (CAGE: 12511), and Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (CAGE: 78286). The listed contractors are the only sources that have the technical data necessary to perform this acquisition. A change to the solicitation number was made due to the new Fiscal Year approaching. The Sources Sought was posted under solicitation W58RGZ-24-R-0081.

There is no DMWR for this requirement.
