Background
The Department of the Air Force, specifically the 20th Fighter Wing at Shaw Air Force Base in South Carolina, is seeking quotations for commercial items/services to support their mission. The goal of this contract is to procure a communications service monitor and a radio communication analyzer to calibrate, test, and repair radios used by the 20th OSS.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide the following items:

1. **Communications Service Monitor**
- Quantity: 1 EA
- Features: Includes cable and antenna analysis (DTF/VSWR/RL) and a soft carrying case.

2. **Radio Communication Analyzer**
- Quantity: 1 EA
- Features: Comes with cable and an operation manual (CD-ROM).
