Ufms O&M Industry Day - HHSP2332009

The Department of Health and Human Services Program Support Center (PSC) would like to conduct an open briefing with industry on its operations and maintenance (O&M) program which currently supports the Unified Financial Management System (UFMS) and other enterprise applications on a fee-for-service basis at HHS. A PSC Enterprise O&M Industry Day has been scheduled for December 15, 2008, 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM. The Industry Day will be held at the facilities of LMI, located at 2000 Corporate Ridge, Mclean, VA 22102, Conference Room MCC1. The program currently delivers the following services of interest to industry: - Application support for Oracle Federal Financials, PRISM and OCI - Issue Resolution, Change Request and Problem Management - Configuration and Release Management - Testing - Change Management - Infrastructure Management - Security Management - O&M Documentation and Reporting This session will update industry on the program's scope, growth and direction, current status and future planning, as well announce the release of upcoming RFPs. The tentative agenda for the session, which is subject to change, includes: Overview of the UFMS O&M Program, Service Delivery Model, Environmental Drivers, Acquisition Planning, and an overview of the upcoming solicitations. PSC will allow time for registration prior to the briefing.
