The purpose of this solicitation notice is to issue the FINAL RFP for the "USSOCOM Enterprise Wide Training and Exercise Program II (UETWEP II)

Competition: Acquisition is being offered for competition, limited to eligible 8(a) participants.

NAICS: 541990

Top Secret Facility Clearance is required for this effort. Under no circumstance will interested Prime Contractor Offerors be able to utilize a potential Sub-Contractor's Storage capability as proof of Storage capability.

Offerors may submit questions to the Contracting Officer and Contracting Specialist at any time; however, questions received after Wednesday, January 24th, 2018 may not be answered prior to proposal due date of 31 January 2018.

Prime offerors should consolidate questions from its team members and submit as one submission to the maximum extent practicable.

Background
The solicitation is for the UEWTEP II contract. The amendment incorporates changes based on industry feedback and is labeled as 'Amendment 03'. Offerors are not required to sign and return this Amendment or the Conformed RFP.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform all labor efforts necessary to meet the requirements of Attachment J-1, Statement of Work. Labor Qualifications and Labor Rates are in accordance with Contract Attachment J-2.
Travel costs will be coordinated and approved by the COR, and fee is not allowed for travel. Other Direct Costs shall be coordinated and approved by the COR. Material purchases shall be coordinated and approved by the COR. The contractor shall provide data items set forth in Section J, Attachment J-4, DD Form 1423 Contract Data Requirements List.
The contract includes a Minimum Task Order of $2,500.00 and a Maximum Task Order of $50,000,000.00.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is from 10-MAY-2018 to 09-MAY-2023.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various destinations including HQ USSOCOM FMD Directorate at MacDill AFB FL 33621-5323.
