UES-II And UES-II Strake

Background
The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Special Operation Forces (SOF), Acquisition Technology and Logistics (AT&L), Technology Applications Program Office (TAPO) intends to award a non-competitive, sole source follow-on contract under the authority of 6.302-1 for the procurement of UES-II and UES-II Strake Production. The scope of this effort is to procure UES-II Shipsets and associated Strakes to support fielding of UES-II on MH-60M aircraft. The intended source for this procurement is Sikorsky Aircraft Company (Sikorsky), 6900 Main Street PO Box 9729 Stratford, CT 06615-9129 Cage: 78286.

Work Details
The proposed contract action is for supplies for which USSOCOM intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of the 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A). It will result in a firm-fixed price (FFP) indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) type contract with a 5-year ordering period to purchase Second-Generation Upturned Exhaust Suppressor (UES-II) Shipsets and Strakes. The Agency has tentatively assigned North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 336413 - Aircraft Wheel and Brake Systems, to the requirement, but interested sources can recommend other NAICS Codes for agency consideration Small Business Size Standard: 1250.
