UE SYSTEMS Ultrasound Gun Calibration Services   2

Background
The solicitation is for a one-year base contract with 4 one-year options for commercial calibration, certification, and remedial maintenance of 15 ultrasound guns at Tinker Air Force Base (TAFB). The Commander’s Safety Intent emphasizes the top priority of safety for everyone at TAFB and encourages individuals to find, fix, and report all hazards and near-misses. The Contractor is responsible for providing all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, material, parts, quality control, transportation and inspection manuals necessary to perform the contract for the Oklahoma City–Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC).

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide commercial calibration and certification on the equipment listed within the equipment list. Each calibration and certification shall be scheduled by the GPOC and shipped by to the contractor according to the specific due date for each UE Ultrasound Gun. Calibration due dates for each UE Ultrasound Gun are listed on the Equipment List.

The calibration for each UE Ultrasound Gun shall consist of providing one each calibration and certification In Accordance With Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standards for each UE Ultrasound Gun listed in Equipment List. Calibration shall include replacement of one each handle battery for each Ultrasound Gun listed in Equipment List. Calibration/Certification of UE Ultrasound Guns shall meet International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 17025 requirements. After each calibration, the Contractor shall provide to the GPOC a Calibration Certificate of Traceability for each UE Ultrasound Gun.

Period of Performance
The contract includes a one-year base period with 4 one-year options.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Tinker Air Force Base (TAFB), Oklahoma.
