Background
The Business and Enterprise Systems Directorate, Human Resources Systems Division contracting organization (AFLCMC/GBKh) is responsible for supporting the Human Resources Systems Division Program Management Office (PMO) to fulfill personnel operational requirements.

This contract is a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) awarded to Carahsoft Technology Corp for Udemy Business Licenses under the Digital University platform, aimed at enhancing the training capabilities of the Department of Defense (DoD). The BPA is justified due to the unique qualifications of the vendors involved.

Work Details
The BPA covers the procurement of user/content licenses from a limited vendor pool which includes Cloud Academy, Coursera, DataCamp, Hack the Box, Pluralsight, Udacity, Udemy, and Workera.

The total estimated value of this BPA is $100,000,000. The licenses will support intermediate to advanced course-ware needs for various Artificial Intelligence programs run through Digital University. Market research indicates that these vendors are uniquely positioned to meet the specific training requirements of the Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO) Joint Artificial Intelligence Center (JAIC). The unique curated content from these vendors minimizes duplication of costs and avoids significant delays in meeting Air Force training needs.
