Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent based on contract 36C26125P1626, awarded to Subica for $170,000 (09/30/25–09/29/26) for an “Expert Lead for the Center for Pacific Islander Veterans Health.” The prior work is likely a direct continuation of CPIVH support, and the current PWS similarly calls for curriculum development, policy assessment/recommendations, and ongoing community engagement activities tied to cultural, structural, and institutional barriers affecting Pacific Island Veterans.
