Acquisition Workforce Training Multiple Award BPA - NEW GSA Contract Number Business Management Research Associates, Inc

Background
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), through its Strategic Acquisition Center—Frederick, is executing a Limited-Sources Justification for the Veterans Affairs Acquisition Academy's Acquisition Workforce Training. The goal is to provide acquisition training courses to the Federal Government’s civilian acquisition workforce.

Work Details
The contract involves providing commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) acquisition training courses, including FAC-Contracting certification courses, GSA required Level I/Level II Leasing certification courses, and acquisition workforce electives.

The contractor must supply all course materials, instructors, and deliver the training either face-to-face or through virtual instructor-led sessions. The target audience includes managerial, non-managerial, and entry-level candidates primarily from VA but may also include other Government agencies.

Period of Performance
The BPA under the previous GSA contract number had a 5-year ordering period starting June 7, 2023. Task order performance periods are typically 12 months in duration and no single task order shall exceed 24 months.

The new BPA ordering period is from February 12, 2024 to June 11, 2028.

Place of Performance
The training will be conducted at the Contracting Professional School located at 7485 New Horizon Way, Frederick, MD 21703.
