Background
The Veterans Health Administration (VHA) aims to enhance training practices for its employees by utilizing specific training products. The goal of this contract is to provide resources that facilitate crucial conversations, particularly in emotionally charged situations, thereby equipping VISN 6 employees with the necessary skills to engage effectively with Veterans and colleagues.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide comprehensive training resources including:
- 300 unique users with unlimited access to a course catalog;
- 150 participant kits;
- 4 instructor-led courses.

Key tasks include:
1. Providing real-life examples of communication successes and failures.
2. Conducting guided practice exercises focused on crucial conversations.
3. Teaching psychological and physiological responses during stressful interactions.
4. Offering Train The Trainer (TTT) support both virtually and in-person.
5. Ensuring materials are customizable for healthcare scenarios.
6. Providing ongoing instructor coaching and updates on materials.
7. Delivering online courses that are asynchronous and available on-demand.
8. Facilitating instructor-led virtual and in-person courses with all necessary materials included.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base year from October 1, 2024, to September 30, 2025, with four additional option years extending through September 30, 2029.

Place of Performance
Services will be conducted both virtually and at various locations as requested by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
