Background
The United States Access Board (USAB) is an independent federal agency that advances accessibility through leadership in accessible design and the development of accessibility guidelines and standards. Established in 1973, USAB ensures access to federally funded facilities and serves as a key source of information on accessible design. It develops and maintains design criteria under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other laws, providing technical assistance and training on these requirements while enforcing accessibility standards applicable to federally funded facilities under the Architectural Barriers Act (ABA).

The agency aims to improve accessibility for individuals with disabilities through various training programs, including webinars.

Work Details
The contractor will provide training program support for approximately 16 webinars per year focused on accessibility and Section 508 compliance. The services include:
1. Conducting webinars that cover topics related to accessibility guidelines for buildings, facilities, and information communications technology.
2. Collaborating with the USAB's Training Coordinator to adhere to an annual schedule of webinars.
3. Ensuring that the webinars are designed to assist individuals who may have limited opportunities to travel for in-person training.
4. Enhancing cost efficiencies by utilizing web-based programs that increase productivity and expand service reach.

Period of Performance
Base Year: August 1, 2026 - July 31, 2027; Option Year 1: August 1, 2027 - July 31, 2028; Option Year 2: August 1, 2028 - July 31, 2029; Option Year 3: August 1, 2029 - July 31, 2030.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must demonstrate experience in providing webinar support services related to accessibility training. They should possess relevant professional certifications or licenses in education or training services. Additionally, bidders may need to provide evidence of previous successful contracts involving similar services.
