U.S. Senate Fleet & Transportation Management Solution & KeyTrack Solution

Background
The U.S. Senate Office of the Sergeant at Arms (SAA) is seeking quotations for a Fleet & Transportation Management Solution and KeyTrack Solution. The goal of this contract is to enhance the management and operational efficiency of the Senate's fleet services, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and improving overall service delivery.

Work Details
The Offeror must provide a quotation for the following products and services on a Firm-Fixed-Price basis:

1) Fleet & Transportation Management Solution;
2) KeyTrack Solution;
3) Implementation Services;
4) Training and Documentation.

The solution must meet minimum requirements including role-based access, automated reporting, secure cloud-based storage, centralized maintenance dashboard, tracking of aggressive driving patterns, automated preventative maintenance scheduling, integration with telematics systems, detailed reporting on vehicle usage, live tracking with GPS integration, individual management for vehicles and users, and allocation capabilities for vehicles to approved users. All submissions must include applicable End User License Agreements (EULA), contract terms, and an OEM Statement of Compliance if telecommunications equipment or high-impact information systems are offered.

Period of Performance
The initial period of performance is from May 1, 2025 to September 30, 2025. There are options for continued support through September 30, 2029.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in locations designated by the United States Senate Sergeant at Arms.
