Background
The U.S. Senate Office of the Sergeant at Arms (SAA) is seeking a quotation for Cisco Maintenance Renewal services. The goal of this contract is to ensure ongoing support and maintenance for Cisco hardware utilized by the Senate, which is critical for their operations.

Work Details
The contractor will provide one year of Cisco Maintenance & Support services. The services include but are not limited to:
- Providing maintenance and support for various Cisco hardware as specified in the attached Excel workbook titled 'Attachment 1 Cisco Hardware List'.
- The quotation must be submitted on a Firm-Fixed-Price basis, with shipping costs identified separately.
- Offerors must indicate whether their quotation is Open Market or subject to a GSA Schedule/NASA SEWP/Other GWAC.
- All prices must be quoted in USD and remain valid until October 1, 2025.
- The SAA reserves the right to reject any quotation that does not comply with the instructions and submission requirements outlined in this RFQ.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the United States Senate, Washington, DC 20510.
